Victor has been a lawyer for over 25 years and has accumulated a vast experience in civil disputes resolution and criminal litigation work; estate, family and conveyancing matters; corporate and intellectual property work. His involvement in advising on several cross-border transactions in international trade and in development of mining concessions in commodities including palm oil, woodchips, iron ore and coal, as well as advising networking companies, has armed him with experience in anticipating the cultural and operational considerations to meet the range and context challenges of his clients.
Victor’s skill in analysis of the facts and the law of the case has helped his clients ‘cut to the chase’ in many instances, resulting in time and cost efficiencies for clients.
Always keen to improve himself, he undertook the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment and is a certified full ACTA trainer by WDA. He has regularly been invited to conduct training for mid-management staff to deal with the legal requirements relevant for the hospitality industry. Victor is a volunteer with the Law Society’s Criminal Legal Aid Scheme.
Mediation is the preferred alternative to resolving disputes in Court and Victor is an Associate Mediator & Family Panel Member with the Singapore Mediation Centre. He has been appointed by the State Courts as a Volunteer Mediator and is also on the Community Justice Centre Panel of Primary Justice Lawyers.
